Matteo champions Italian classic drinks employing modern techniques to create something extraordinary. First inspired by his family's bar, he embarked on a cocktail journey taking him from London to New York and back to his native Florence, where he set up award winning venue Locale Firenze. He is currently following his passion for botanicals using Tuscany's best ingredients.
